Every year the seminarians from St. Joseph's play a 5 on 5 basketball game with the seminarians in Douglaston. This year, they had a special guest when the newly installed bishop of Rockville Centre came by the gym to meet the seminarians. Bishop Barres is no stranger to the basketball court. While studying at Princeton University, he was a point guard for three seasons for the junior varsity basketball team.
